Discussion

A 30-minute call or WhatsApp chat. We talk through your business, your customers, what you want the site to achieve, and what content you already have. No jargon, no upsell.

Deliverable: project scope + fixed quote

Design

You see the design in Figma before any code is written. Homepage, inner pages, mobile view. We revise until you're happy — usually two rounds, sometimes three.

Deliverable: full Figma design, approved by you

Development

We build on WordPress, Shopify, or a custom stack — depending on what your project needs. Fast, secure, mobile-first, SEO-ready. You get a staging link to watch it come together.

Deliverable: live staging site, ready for review

Launch

Domain, hosting, email accounts, analytics, search console — we set everything up and ship to your real domain. Plus 30 days of free support to fix anything that comes up.

Questions about the process

The project pauses at that step — we don't move forward without your sign-off on design or content. If we don't hear back for an extended period, we'll check in, but there's no penalty for taking time to review.

We don't recommend it — the Figma design step is what prevents expensive rework later. If you're in a genuine hurry, we can compress it to a single round instead of two, but we won't skip it entirely.

You do, ideally. We can draft basic copy from a questionnaire and your existing materials, but original photos and your logo need to come from you unless we've separately agreed to source stock photography.

The first 30 days after launch are covered for bug fixes and small adjustments. Beyond that, either request one-off paid changes or move to a monthly maintenance plan if you expect ongoing updates.
