Scope of work
Every project starts with a fixed quote covering an agreed set of pages, features, and revisions, confirmed before any work begins — as described on our process page. Work outside that agreed scope (extra pages, new features, or major direction changes mid-project) is quoted separately rather than assumed to be included.
Payment
Projects are typically split into a deposit to begin work and a final payment before launch, agreed on a per-project basis during the initial quote. Pricing is fixed in PKR once scope is confirmed — it doesn't change mid-project unless you request additional work.
Content and materials
You're responsible for providing the text, photos, logo, and any licensed assets needed for your site, and for confirming you have the right to use them. We're not responsible for copyright issues arising from content you supply.
Revisions and post-launch support
Each project includes an agreed number of design and development revision rounds. The first 30 days after launch are covered for bug fixes and small adjustments; work beyond that is billed separately or covered under an ongoing maintenance arrangement if one is in place.
Ownership
Once a project is paid in full, you own the final website, including its design and code, except for third-party components (themes, plugins, libraries) that remain under their own licenses. We may retain the right to reference completed, public-facing projects in our own portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Hosting and third-party services
Where a project uses third-party hosting, domain registrars, plugins, or paid services (for example WooCommerce extensions or email delivery tools), those services are governed by their own terms, and any recurring fees they charge are your responsibility going forward.
Cancellation
Either party can end a project before completion. Work completed up to that point is billed at a fair proportion of the fixed quote; any deposit already paid is not refunded once work has started, but no further payment is owed beyond work actually delivered.
